Come join our relaxing weekend workshop on Friday, March 5. This 1.5-hour long session is dedicated to the process of winding down at the end of a long week.

Directions will be provided by our lovely facilitators Jessica (from OVS) and Bethany from Gudbugar to help create the appropriate ambience in each participant’s physical space. This should prompt self-introspection through meditation, breathwork, mindful movement and artmaking.

Materials to

bring​

  • A soft space big enough to lie on 

  • A huggable Object

  • Strap

  • The scent/smell that represents your idea of vacation

  • We suggest participants to follow along the workshop in a quiet, safe, and dimly-lit space with good internet connection

  • Wear your most soft, comfortable clothes
